Program Overview

You agree to receive recurring automated informational text messages (including SMS and MMS) from Menominee Kenosha Gaming Authority, including messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile number you provided when signing up or any other number you designate.

These messages may include project alerts, updates, and other related communications. Collectively, these are referred to as the “Programs.” Consent to receive automated text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Donations will not be solicited.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless carrier for rate information.

Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary. Menominee Kenosha Gaming Authority reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, including increasing or decreasing the total number of messages sent.

Menominee Kenosha Gaming Authority also reserves the right to change the phone number from which messages are sent.

Supported Devices & Delivery

Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Menominee Kenosha Gaming Authority, its service providers, and supported mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation / Opt-Out

If you no longer wish to participate in any Program or no longer agree to these Terms, you may opt out at any time by replying with any of the following:

• STOP
• END
• CANCEL
• UNSUBSCRIBE
• QUIT

You may receive one additional message confirming your decision to opt out.

You understand and agree that the methods above are the only reasonable and exclusive methods for opting out. Any other method, including texting words not listed above or verbally requesting removal, is not considered a reasonable means of opting out.

If you are subscribed to multiple Programs across different short codes or long code numbers, you must separately reply STOP to each one you wish to unsubscribe from.

For support regarding the Program, text HELP to the applicable Program short code or long code, or email us at info@betterkenoshacoalition.com.

Please note that texting HELP or emailing support is not a valid method for opting out. Opt-out requests must be submitted using the cancellation procedure described above.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Programs are offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas at all times. They may also stop functioning due to product, software, coverage, or other changes made by your wireless carrier.

We are not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of mobile messages. Delivery of mobile messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider or network operator and is outside of our control.

Text Messaging Opt-In Data

We will not share or sell your text messaging opt-in data, consent, or related personal information with any third parties unless required by law.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. We will only use information you provide to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you if necessary. This may include sharing information with program partners, message content providers, phone companies, and vendors who assist in delivering messages.

Except as described in this section, we do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or customer information collected through the Programs to any third party.

We reserve the right to disclose information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, avoid liability, or protect our rights or property.

When you complete forms online or otherwise provide information in connection with a Program, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name you are not authorized to use.

If, in our sole discretion, we believe any information is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or submitted for an ulterior purpose, we may refuse access to the Program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.

This Privacy Policy and these Terms & Conditions apply only to these Programs and do not affect any other privacy policies that may govern your relationship with us in other contexts.
